Short Bio

Carlos Gómez González earned his Ph.D. in Economics and Business from the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM), Spain. Prior to this, he obtained a degree in Sports Sciences and Management from UCLM and pursued further studies at other institutions, including the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG). Carlos's research interests center around sports economics and management, with a specific focus on biases against minority groups such as race, nationality, and gender. In 2015, Carlos was awarded a Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship for Research at the University of Zurich in recognition of his academic achievements.
